NEP is an NHS Consortium and a trusted ERP solution provider for the NHS. We deliver a fully integrated, cloud-based finance and procurement system tailored specifically for the NHS. Proudly hosted by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, we are 100% NHS-owned and serve over 35,000 system users across our collaborative consortium of NHS organisations.

Our solution, NEP Cloud, is more than just technology,  it is a shared system, shaped by our members and powered by the latest Oracle Cloud ERP technology.

We support our members to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and work together to meet evolving national requirements through our modern finance and procurement solution - designed specifically to reduce costs, simplify compliance, and make smarter use of resources.

For over 25 years, NEP has supported NHS finance and procurement teams through shared systems, innovation, and member-driven development. What began as a collective effort to streamline processes has grown into a nationally recognised consortium, supported by leading technology and a dedicated team of NHS professionals.
