System Support Assistant - 1 position
As a System Support Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our Service Desk operations. You will provide first-line support for system queries, help resolve or escalate issues in line with SLAs, and offer guidance on key business processes such as Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Accounting to Reporting (A2R). This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive team and help ensure smooth day-to-day system functionality for our NHS Consortium.
