Welcoming University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust
Celebrating the Successful Implementation of NEP Cloud at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust
We are delighted to formally welcome University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) to the NEP Consortium. Since officially joining on 1st September 2024, the Team at UHS have seamlessly transitioned into consortium life, bringing with them a strong background in core systems and an innovative approach to performance. Their expertise and forward-thinking mindset are already proving to be valuable assets, and we look forward to a long and successful collaboration.
A Strong Start with NEP Cloud
UHS have demonstrated an impressive commitment to leveraging the full potential of NEP Cloud. In addition to adopting NEP Cloud itself, they have implemented NEP Reach Reporting and, more recently, NEP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Their prior experience with Oracle Fusion played a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. This strong foundation has set them up for success, and we anticipate that their collaboration and knowledge will add to the discussions around how to enhance the user experience across the entire NEP Consortium.
Anna Schoenwerth from University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust expressed her enthusiasm about joining the consortium:
“We at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust are very pleased to have joined the team this year and we look forward to the coming year of collaboration!”
A Culture of Collaboration
UHS has quickly engaged with various NEP Working Groups and the NEP Networking Forums, demonstrating a keen willingness to collaborate with other consortium members. This participation will not only enrich their own use of the NEP systems but will also contribute to the collective development and continuous improvement of consortium-wide working practices.
The Power of the NEP Consortium
The NEP Consortium is built on the principles of collaboration, innovation, and shared success. As a new consortium member, UHS gains access to a supportive environment where members work together to drive efficiency whilst improving financial and procurement management.
As we celebrate this milestone, we look ahead knowing that their dedication and expertise will undoubtedly strengthen our collective efforts to optimise healthcare finance and procurement operations.
